The sailing vessel FêNIX is a Cape Dory 28.
She was designed by Carl Alberg and built by Cape Dory Yachts starting in March, 1978.
FêNIX is #181 of a production run of 388 boats.

FêNIX became mine in Novomeber, 2004. The initial passage was to deliver the boat from the Cheapeake Bay to Jacksonville, Florida.

After spending about one year in my driveway undergoing a major re-fit, FêNIX is afloat once again.
She was relaunched Jan 30, 2006.

FêNIX departed Jacksonville on May 5th, 2006.
FêNIX is currently in Florida with a new owner, as`of April, 2009.
